We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Any order $1,000CAD and up and orders shipping outside of Canada and the US will have shipping rates calculated and charged separately, at the time of shipping. Note that any shipping rate listed as "FREE" must be interpreted as "calculated and charged at time of shipping". Orders will not ship without prepaid shipping.

Epic Rod & Custom is not responsible for any taxes and duty charges. These fees are from your government, not Epic Rod & Custom.

International Customers (outside Canada & US): All shipping charges will be calculated and charged separately at the time of shipping. Taxes, duties and brokerage to import your shipment are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. There may also be restrictions on shipping certain products to international destinations. Customers must determine these restrictions prior to placing an order. Epic Rod & Custom will not be held responsible for any products that are restricted from shipping.

All orders are double checked for accuracy and quantities prior to shipping. If there is any discrepancies, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery and you must keep all boxes and packaging material! All orders are shipped prepaid only. Shipping carriers will vary (UPS, DHL, USPS or freight).

Return Policy

All fabricated products are foundations only and may need to be modified for a proper fit. Take precautions as all sheet metal and steel parts may have razor sharp edges. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Under no circumstance will any product that has been modified or abused (e.i. cut, painted, bent, cracked, sanded, etc.) be exchanged or credited. Test fit parts before modifying!

Under certain circumstances where Epic Rod & Custom authorizes a product return, ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES AND ANY DUTY/BROKERAGE FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER and a 30% restocking free will apply with only store credit given. If an item that has FREE SHIPPING is returned, we will give you store credit minus the original shipping cost we included.

All items are assumed to have no warranty unless specified otherwise. All warranties are manufacturer warranties only. All orders are double checked for accuracy and quantities prior to shipping. If there are any discrepancies with your order, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery and you must keep all boxes and packaging material! All non-Epic Rod & Custom brand products are considered "special ordered items", therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged or missing parts

If you receive your order with parts missing or the package/product is damaged, please take the following steps to insure your eligibility for a replacement:

  1. If the delivery driver is still present, have him report on his/her computer that the package is damaged/shorted.

  2. DO NOT throw away anything!  Boxes, packing material, etc.  Save it all just in case a UPS rep needs to come out and inspect it.

  3. You must call and notify us within 24 hours or a damage claim cannot be filed: 403-276-1101, M-F 8-5PM MST/MDT.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping damage is not a “warranty issue”.  Items that are damaged in shipping do not have a valid warranty, and a damage claim must be filed within 24 hours to be eligible to receive a replacement.
